I was never happy with my skin before - the pimples, the rash, all over my dirty face; they might not as seriously bad but I never liked it. So, I pissed off at myself and I decided to do a little bit of research and experiment, and after that, I noticed some changes - that’s until some people pointed that out.
Before, I ate a lot of sweets, fried foods, junks and I never cared about what went into my mouth - pretty much I treated it like a trash can. But from the day I told myself that I wanted to change to have a better and healthy eating habit, my body started to change and this included my skin.
I want to recommend some good foods that can help you in skin cleaning. They were some of the stuffs I ate and am still eating, now and then.
Water! Recommended 8 glasses of water a day as it helps your body flush out toxins. It also keeps your brains fully functional so you feel less stressful.
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) are good skin cleaning antioxidants, they’re also rich in fibre!
Nuts (I ate almonds) have vitamin E, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium and iron which are all essential to skin health and function.
Brown rice can be linked with skin health, it is rich in source of B vitamins, protein, selenium and magnesium, as well as several antioxidants.
Broccoli has antioxidants like vitamin A, B comples, C, E and K which will all help to add luminosity to the skin and to revive the damaged tissue.
Salmon can help to speed up the skin’s natural healing process.
Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, which helps to keep the skin firm by aiding collagen production.
Avocado boosts the skin’s vitality and luminosity, which many already know that.
Green tea will improve your skin!
Beetroot has a very high in vitamin A, also potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin E, which is essential for epidermal health and healing.
Tofu is a good source of healing vegetable protein, calcium and healthy unsaturated fat - also a rich source of antioxidants, as well as other minerals.
..and there are more! Foods or fruits such as pumpkin seeds, sweet potatoes, mackerel, eggs, red grapes and even garlic - they’re all top skin clearing foods!
